For me, that has always meant putting people over profit, building something regenerative for the earth, and following my natural pace and rhythms. I choose freedom and discipline, slowness and excellence, community over competition, and sharing knowledge over gatekeeping.

My Experience as a Founder

Over the past seven years, I’ve founded and scaled two artisan-focused brands: Tierra y Mano and Macavuana. In this process, I’ve led everything from product development, sales strategy, and branding to operations, supply chain management, and artisan partnerships. My work has included producing 3,500 woven baskets for Madewell with 100+ Oaxacan weavers, developing an innovative woven shoe line co-owned with artisans, and navigating international shipping, wholesale contracts, and sustainable sourcing.

I know firsthand how to take an idea from concept to market, and I understand the unique challenges of growing a values-driven business that balances profitability with deep social impact.

The Concept to Launch 1:1 Mentorship is a 6-week program that costs $2,000 USD.

To reserve your spot, you’ll pay a $500 deposit. The remaining $1,500 is due before our first session together.

Because I also run my businesses full-time, I only take on very few clients at a time. This allows me to give you my full attention and customize the mentorship to your unique path.

Before we begin, I’ll schedule a vision call with you. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, explore where you are right now, and make sure we’re aligned. If I believe I can truly support you, we’ll move forward together.
